JOHN KEITH
Has been a journalist, broadcaster and author for more than 50 years and has written many books. He brings to our mentoring team a wide experience in the media, embracing spells as both a news reporter and sportswriter including 30 years on the staff of the Daily Express. He has been a presenter on both BBC and independent radio and contributor to several television series as well as acting as associate producer to the hit documentary Shankly: Natures’s Fire. He has written and presented many stage shows including Kendall’s Kings and Bob Paisley: Reluctant Genius.

GILLIAN BEATTIE
Has more than 30 years experience as a performer and teacher in dance, drama and theatre and also 18 years in business and events implementations. Gillian Beattie is our mentor for career and personal development in the entertainment industry and, together with our other FreeStand Film mentors John Keith and Michael Wishart, is part of the team committed to help successful applicants reach their potential in their career and personal growth.
